My watercolor process usually starts with a pencil and a piece of watercolor paper. The fish and their story emerge starting with a few sweeping lines. These friends came together as the focal point revealed itself and I found myself detailing three sea shapes. They remind me of a curios group of my friends and how they are each unique and lovely in their own way.  I love flowing movement, probably because of my love of dance, and the fantastical beauty of the underwater current makes me feel light and free.
